I hereby declare that my child take part in the Drama Dynamics lessons, and will not hold any venue, Drama Dynamics or Melissa Carreira responsible for any injury or loss, sustained as a result of participating in the activities or making use of the amenities provided.

I understand that should my child be invited to and take part in the Drama Dynamics Showcase, they are expected to sell a minimum of 4 tickets (R140 each).
All Drama Dynamics students are to purchase an Actor’s T-shirt (R250 each; to be worn at performance events and competitions where they will be representing Drama Dynamics).
